INTERNAL RULES
The internal rules established by the curling arena’s administrator are mandatory for all visitors of the curling rink in order to ensure everybody a safe service:
1.GENERAL
1.1. For the use of services, a prepayment is required (unless agreed otherwise).
1.2. The administrator reserves the right to not serve visitors who do not adhere to the internal rules of the Tondiraba Ice Hall (ice hall) and the curling arena. The prepayment will not be returned to the visitors who have been rejected to use the rink.
1.3. The administrator reserves the right to determine the time of the ice resurfacing.
1.4. The administrator or his authorized security team reserves the right to perform a visual check of the guests’ belongings, if regarded as necessary, in order to ensure the safety of all visitors and the personnel.
1.5. The administrator is not liable for the personal belongings of the clients.
1.6. By purchasing the service, people who go on the ice confirm that they have the physical abilities, skills and health status necessary for curling. Parents/accompanying persons/teachers are responsible for the health status of children
2. ENTRANCE TO THE CURLING ARENA IS FORBIDDEN TO THE PERSONS WHO ARE CARRYING ALONG THE FOLLOWING:
2.1. their own alcohol and who are inebriated;
2.2. objects that can endanger one’s or other visitors’ health and safety or do so in the case of breakage, etc;
2.3. any weapons or other dangerous objects;
2.4. pyrotechnic substances, torches;
2.5. pets.
3. THE VISITOR UNDERTAKES TO:
3.1. pay attention to and respect the internal rules and fire regulations of the ice halland curling arena as well as signs and crew orders;
3.2. behave in a correct and polite manner;
3.3. stay vigilant with his/her personal belongings (opportunity to use special lockers)
3.4. maintain cleanliness;
3.5. use shoes, designed specially for curling, or personal indoor shoes while being on the ice;
3.6. not to disturb or endanger other players/company events/trainings;
3.7. use shoes with a slider only when sliding a stone, not while sweeping. For sweeping the slider must be covered;
3.8. notify the administrator/personnel of the ice rink about an accident.
4. ON THE CURLING ARENA IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO:
4.1. go on the ice without an agreement;
4.2. leave the ice hall with the equipment of the curling arena;
4.3. destroy the equipment of the curling arena;
4.4. slid stones against the direction of playing;
4.5. slid stones to a person who is with his/her back towards the stone;
4.6. deliberately damage of the ice, to sit on the ice;
4.7. smoke (including e-cigarettes);
4.8. run;
4.9. go to the ice during the ice cleaning;
4.10. eat and drink any beverages on ice;
4.11. stay in an area that is not meant for public use (rooms for the ice resurfacer and the operator);
4.12. disturb the public order.
5. THE ADMINISTRATORHAS THE RIGHT TO REMOVE THE FOLLOWING PEOPLE FROM THE CURLING ARENA:
5.1. people who disturb the public order;
5.2. people who vandalize;
5.3. people who attempt to enter the curling rink without paying;
5.4. people who carry items provided in clause 2 and fail to follow the internal rules.
6. THE VISITOR HAS THE RIGHT TO:
6.1. enjoy the events taking place on the curling arena;
6.2. use services paid for or ordered;
6.3. use his/her personal shoes;
6.4. turn to the personnel to resolve an issue;
6.5. make suggestions to the curling rink’s administrator about improving the services.
